The best machine and the best coffee won’t produce great coffee by itself. A skilled barista can extract sweet and full-flavoured espresso, steam divine, silky milk and consistently build irresistible drinks that will have regular customers returning over and over.
Ristretto’s Training School educates baristas in basic techniques through to advanced espresso and latte art courses. Our training lab has multiple commercial machines, just like in your cafe or restaurant, for practical hands on training that is relevant in a busy, unforgiving commercial environment.
Basic barista training comes as standard with our coffee and machine packages. We also offer regular programmes and short intensive courses to polish up and develop your baristas’ skills.
